Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled carpenter to join our cooler panel construction and assembly team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone skilled in framing and trim carpentry looking for consistent hours rain or shine, Monday through Friday, inside a warehouse environment with benefits. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship. You will play a vital role in new concepts and designs, current production output, and maintaining a safe, organized work area within the department. Responsibilities Assist in design, Interpret and follow detailed drawings to create custom and existing cooler panel sections. Utilize processing equipment to prep wood materials for panel construction Quality control completed panels, and associated gasket seals Maintain equipment Read measuring tapes accurately for dimensional measurements and ensure proper fit and finish in all tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience in accurate wood framing Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment. Knowledge of framing carpentry and trim carpentry. Strong understanding of basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
