As a Skilled , you will play a crucial role in executing a wide range of construction, carpentry, and restoration projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced craftsmen who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. All work is paid, including internships, with a focus on safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Responsibilities Perform construction estimating to accurately assess project scope, materials, and labor needs Execute trim, frame, and metal stud carpentry with precision using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and fabrication tasks Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, stucco, roofing components, and flooring Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, tile laying, plastering, and water damage restoration projects Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites Engage in remodeling projects including drywall installation, electrical wiring, plumbing, and electrical experience Fabricate custom components using CNC machinery or traditional woodworking techniques Install rebar for concrete reinforcement and assist with masonry or metal framing as needed Perform restoration industry tasks such as mold remediation, water damage repair, and fixture replacement Apply caulking, siding, roofing materials, or construction painting to ensure durable finishes Support team efforts in assembly tasks for manufacturing or site-specific needs Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and framing), and general construction site work Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools with a focus on safety and efficiency Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Demonstrated expertise in concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, drywall installation, flooring installation or tile laying Experience with water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus Knowledge of fabrication techniques including CNC machining or custom assembly processes Strong understanding of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems (electrical experience preferred) Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex projects Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges Restoration industry experience or handyman background is advantageous but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to impactful projects.
