This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential remodels to commercial builds, utilizing your carpentry expertise and hands-on labor skills. As a member of our team, you will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship, ensure safety standards are met, and help bring construction visions to life. This position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a company that values each employee. Responsibilities Assist in framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation to support project progress. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Perform heavy lifting and material handling tasks required for site setup and material delivery. Support concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and water damage restoration efforts as needed. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, windows, and other finishing components with precision. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Prior experience in construction or related fields such as remodeling, restoration industry experience, or manufacturing is highly preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on construction sites with diverse tasks. Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA standards applicable to construction environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. The ability to pass a background check is required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $26.00 per hour
