Today Job Description We are looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter to join our growing team. Our company manages multiple projects at a time, primarily focusing on full-scale residential remodels and new construction . We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with a team, and can take ownership of their work. Experienced carpenters are encouraged to apply, but we're also willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Job Requirements Perform residential carpentry work on remodel and new construction projects Read and work from plans, drawings, and project specifications Complete framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, siding, and other finish and rough carpentry as needed Accurately measure, cut, install, and finish materials Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Work efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Coordinate with other trades and team members to keep projects moving forward Identify potential issues and communicate them to the project lead or supervisor Properly use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment Follow company safety standards and project schedules Represent the company professionally when working in customers' homes
