In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of remodeling and construction projects with precision, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. Your expertise will help transform spaces, restore structures, and bring client visions to life through expert craftsmanship and thorough understanding of building techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial restorations, utilizing your extensive carpentry skills and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding work with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools. Conduct roofing, metal stud framing, and drywall installation as needed. Install fixtures, flooring, tile, stucco finishes, water damage restoration components, and electrical or plumbing systems where applicable. Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site operations while maintaining safety standards. Read schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution; collaborate with team members on complex tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment; adhere to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall finishing, and fixture installation. Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, metal stud framing, roofing techniques, and flooring installation. Experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation industry standards, masonry work, plumbing or electrical systems is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges. Prior experience working on restoration projects or within the restoration industry is highly desirable. Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients alike.
