Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure that all interior and exterior finishes meet high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Perform framing work including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for various projects. Install siding, stucco finishes, roofing components, flooring, tile work, and other surface treatments to meet project specifications. Conduct restoration tasks such as water damage remediation, plastering, rebar installation, and mold remediation to restore structures to their original condition. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry including trim work, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture mounting. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and reading blueprints or schematics. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques. Experience in related fields such as remodeling, manufacturing, masonry or restoration industry is highly desirable. Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed craftsmanship in various materials including wood, metal studs, drywall (plastering), stucco or siding. Knowledge of plumbing electrical systems or HVAC installation is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining high-quality standards. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
