Carpenter (This position requires relocation to Monteagle, TN) We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is a proactive team player for our residential remodeling company. You must be technically capable to perform advanced carpentry tasks in a safe and efficient manner and work well with our team and outside subs. Responsibilities include: Installing windows, doors, and molding Installing cabinets and millwork Erecting scaffolding, and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels. Installing wood and/or metal framing Reading and executing architectural plans Maintaining and organizing tools Cleaning work areas to ensure safe working environments Maintain communication with our team and our clients (homeowners) r Follow onsite instructions to meet daily and weekly project goals Ensure the scope of work is completed on time

Qualifications:

3+ Years of Construction Experience required Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation High standard of integrity and professionalism Excellent people skills for interacting with our customers and subcontractors Valid drivers license TN drug-free workplace and No Smoking/ Vaping or Tobacco products
