What You'll Work On:

Foundations, masonry, dirt work, structural and decorative concrete Framing, roofing, siding, and exteriors Plumbing, electrical, and basic mechanical work Windows, doors, waterproofing, and insulation Drywall hanging and finishing, all types of flooring, and custom tile Trimwork, cabinetry, and detailed/custom finish carpentry Outdoor living spaces including decks, patios, covered porches, screen rooms, and sunrooms Full residential additions and remodels from demo to final punch Ground-up new construction _

What We're Looking For:

Skilled carpenter with multi-trade experience Able to take direction OR run tasks independently Sharp problem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset Clean, detailed, and takes pride in craftsmanship Professional attitude with solid communication skills Someone who wants long-term stability, not short-term gigs

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in residential construction required. _
