Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing hands-on construction tasks, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to bring architectural visions to life. This position is paid and ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in the construction industry while contributing to high-quality projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components such as framing, siding, cabinetry, doors, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Perform demolition, restoration, and water damage remediation tasks with attention to detail and safety standards Construct concrete forms, install rebar, and work on masonry or stucco applications as needed Assist with roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing, and plastering tasks Fabricate custom components in the shop or on-site using woodworking skills or CNC machinery when required Support heavy lifting, material handling, site cleanup, and other labor-intensive activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as remodeling, manufacturing, or restoration industry preferred Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels), power tools (drills, saws), and heavy machinery operation when applicable Ability to read blueprints or schematics; experience with construction estimating is a plus Knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, metal stud framing, door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques, mold remediation practices, and plumbing or electrical experience is advantageous Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights; ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills combined with a safety-conscious mindset Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
