Administer 401(k) contribution changes, loan requests, and year-end true ups; process child support orders and wage garnishments in compliance with applicable law. Stay current on ACA reporting requirements, HIPAA privacy standards, and COBRA administration obligations. Manage all employee leave programs (FMLA, state leave, short-term disability, PTO), ensuring consistent, compliant administration. Support new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including final pay processing and benefits continuation guidance. Resolve payroll and benefits inquiries with a sense of urgency and a service-oriented approach. Prepare documentation and data pulls to support internal and external audits. Reconcile vendor invoices (including uniform deductions) against payroll records to ensure billing accuracy. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate payroll and benefits workflows.
