Responsibilities Construct and install formwork using carpentry skills, ensuring accurate interpretation of blueprints and schematics. Mix and pour concrete efficiently using concrete mixers and pumps, adhering to project timelines and safety protocols. Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying textures or coatings to meet design specifications. Install rebar and metal studs as reinforcement within concrete structures following technical drawings and safety guidelines. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for cutting, drilling, or shaping concrete components. Perform restoration work such as stucco, plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry to enhance finished surfaces. Follow construction plans meticulously while complying with workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and concrete mixing processes.
