Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. As a handyman/handywoman, you will provide expert maintenance, repair, and improvement services to residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for handling a wide variety of tasks, from minor repairs to larger renovation projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks including drywall repair, door repairs, painting, minor plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry.

Repairs & Installations:

Fix broken furniture, and fixtures. Install or replace new items like light fixtures, faucets, and doors.

Customer Service:

Communicate with clients to assess needs, provide professional advice, and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve problems effectively, minimizing disruptions for clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role. Proven experience in carpentry or tiling is required. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures. Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy items and handle strenuous tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (a plus). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Must have a driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in specific trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience in residential or commercial maintenance.
