Technician

Job Title:

Technician Job Description We are seeking skilled technicians to work as Material Handlers, General Labors, and Installers. The role involves removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving inventory, staging inventory, assisting technicians, removing robotics, and general clean-up. Installers will be responsible for moving and installing metal fences on the robotics floor to enhance safety procedures. Responsibilities Remove tape from floors and perform general cleaning tasks. Move and stage inventory as needed. Assist technicians in various tasks, including removing robotics. Install metal fences on the robotics floor using hand and power tools to improve safety procedures. Use tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches. Engage in heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools. Mechanical aptitude and skill with tools. Punctuality and reliability. Ability to lift, carry, push or pull equipment up to 50 pounds. Capability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure. Experience in construction, carpentry, and general labor. Knowledge of industrial repair, assembly, mechanical, and electrical tasks. Familiarity with quality assurance, forklift operation, inventory management, installation, mechanical assembly, electrical schematics, and assembling. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work takes place in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that can be loud and chaotic. The shift is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with some potential for additional work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
