IFS PRECISION WORKS LLC
is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join our carpentry team in the Dallas area. We currently have openings at multiple experience levels, described below. Open Positions Carpenter's Helper $14
  • 19/hr A strong entry point for someone looking to learn the trade. Responsibilities include moving materials, assisting carpenters, preparing work areas, operating basic tools, and supporting assembly and installation tasks. Prior construction experience is preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate. Trim Carpenter $20
  • 26/hr We are seeking a candidate with experience installing baseboards, casing, trim, cabinetry, and custom millwork. This role requires the ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, operate hand and power tools, and deliver clean, professional installations. Finish Carpenter $23
  • 35/hr We are seeking an experienced carpenter with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities may include installing cabinets, crown molding, baseboards, door and window trim, shelving, panels, hardware, and custom millwork.
Finish carpentry skills may include:
Measuring, cutting, fitting, and fastening finished materials Making accurate miter, bevel, and cope cuts Scribing cabinets and trim for a clean fit Hanging and adjusting doors Reading blueprints and shop drawings Installing cabinetry, millwork, trim, panels, and hardware Completing touch-ups and final punch-list work Troubleshooting and correcting installation issues Position Requirements All positions are full-time and on-site in the Dallas area. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to lift materials and work on active project sites. Some positions may require early mornings, late hours, or overtime. Benefits A formal benefits package is not currently offered; however, one is in development.
