The ideal candidate will have experience working with interior finishes and be comfortable performing a variety of tasks including carpet installation assistance, drywall work, painting, ceiling grid installation, and ceiling tile installation. Responsibilities Assist with installation and removal of carpet and flooring materials Perform drywall hanging, patching, finishing, and repairs Prepare surfaces and assist with commercial painting projects Install and repair suspended ceiling grid systems and ceiling tiles Load, unload, and move construction materials onsite Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow project schedules and supervisor direction Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist other trades as needed to complete project deadlines Qualifications Previous experience in commercial construction or Division 9 work preferred Experience with drywall, painting, flooring, or ceiling systems is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team OSHA certification is a plus but not required Work Environment Commercial construction sites Indoor and outdoor work depending on project phase Full-time position with potential overtime Compensation Pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement available Skills Preferred Carpet tile installation Drywall finishing and texture matching Commercial painting experience ACT ceiling grid and tile installation General construction labor experience Apply today to join a growing team working on commercial construction and renovation projects.
