Job Overview:

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Armed Security Officers. As an Armed Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This critical role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
• Conduct security checks and inspections of premises to ensure the safety of personnel and property
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients, employees, and visitors with inquiries or concerns
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and security
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid armed security officer license with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to deescalate tense situations
• Proficient in first aid and CPR procedures preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be active in TOPS
• Must have NO pending cases
• Must submit to drug testing and acknowledge the company conducts random drug testing
• A working smartphone, email, and reliable personal transportation

Pay:

• Rates are determined by site, experience, certificates, and gear officers carry.

Positions:

2 flex officers to work different sites throughout the week within the Dallas area—weekend availability required.

Uniform:

LDG issues your first uniform shirt and pant LDG issues up to 6 sets of patches. Outter Carrier back patches are issued after the 90-day probationary period is complete Outter carriers: highly encouraged but must be approved before use on shift. Safariland and Safelife Defense uniform outer carriers are preferred. All concealed vests are approved. No steel armor is authorized.

Professional duty belts are required:

Level 3 retention holsters are required. Officers are required to carry 2 extra magazines.

Shoes:

Officers must wear duty boots. No tennis shoes are authorized.

Tasers:

not required

• must have certification or be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.

First Aid/AED/Tourniquet:

not required.

OC and Handcuffing:

Required within 30 days of employment if not certified.
