Texas Facility Service has an opening for a Maintenance Technician specialized in HVAC, Carpentry and Ceramic Tile Repair, working as a team on projects in the DFW, TX area . The Maintenance Technician requires commercial construction and carpentry work. Starting pay based on experience, including a company credit card for fuel expense . Acceptable Maintenance Technician candidates will have experience working as a labor-man and will be adaptive to changes as they occur.

Basic qualifications include:
