Full-time, 40+ hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload cabinets and materials into company vehiclesInstall custom cabinetry at job sites using power and hand toolsRead and follow cabinet drawings, layouts, and measurementsEnsure proper fit, finish, and quality of installed cabinetsPerform basic finishing work including sanding, puttying, and scribingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteCommunicate installation issues or material damage to the Lead InstallerRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in millwork, carpentry, or production workAbility to read a tape measure and installation drawingsComfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working on job sitesStrong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detailNotesHands-on field roleOvertime may be required based on workload
