Monday-Friday Job Summary A Team Home Services is looking for a Carpenter Apprentice to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has some hands-on experience or training in residential carpentry and is eager to continue learning the trade while working alongside experienced professionals. This role focuses on assisting with the construction, installation, repair, and finishing of wood structures and fixtures in residential homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist with the construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures in residential settings Install and repair trim, cabinets, shelving, doors, framing, and other carpentry components Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools Assist with drywall repairs, surface preparation, and finishing work Support remodeling and renovation projects under the direction of lead carpenters Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe work environment Keep tools and equipment in good working condition Report damages, repair needs, or deteriorating structures to supervisors Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1-2 years' experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, or related trades (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Pass a background and drug screening (required) OSHA 10
