Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Builder will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and finishing various structures and fixtures, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects. Duties Fabricate and install structural components according to project specifications. Perform fixture installation, ensuring all elements are securely and accurately placed. Execute trim carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Conduct electrical work as needed, adhering to safety protocols and building codes. Oversee flooring installation processes, ensuring quality workmanship. Manage cabinet installation projects, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Engage in metal stud framing for various construction applications. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, promoting safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow. Experience Candidates should possess experience in carpentry and other related construction skills. A solid understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations is essential. The ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated is crucial for success in this role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to project outcomes.
