We install and repair wrought iron, chain link, wood, and other fencing. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team. What You'll Do Install, repair, and stain wood fences. Must have experience installing all types of wood fences. Quickly hand prep and paint iron fences Assist with other fence installations and repairs Carry and unload materials Dig post holes and set concrete Operate hand and power tools Load and unload trailers Keep jobsites clean and organized Work alongside experienced installers and welders Help the crew complete projects safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Hard worker who can keep up pace all day Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat Ability to lift and carry 80+ pounds repeatedly Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Punctual and dependable Willing to work overtime when needed Schedule Typically Monday - Friday Start time around 6:30 AM Pay & Advancement Pay range is between $18-$23 per hour based on experience.
