Full-Time | 1099 Contractor | Hiring ASAP We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Framer to join our construction team on a full-time 1099 contractor basis. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of residential buildings and structures while maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality throughout each project. Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. Measure, cut, assemble, and secure wood or metal framing components. Perform framing tasks using hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, drills, and nail guns. Assist with drywall, siding, trim carpentry, stucco, and other construction tasks as needed. Safely handle and move construction materials and structural components. Work closely with the construction team to follow project plans and meet deadlines. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite. Follow all applicable safety procedures and quality standards. Requirements Minimum 6 months of framing or related construction experience. Knowledge of blueprints, construction plans, and measurements. Ability to safely and effectively use common hand and power tools. Ability to take accurate measurements and make precise cuts. Ability to safely perform physical labor and heavy lifting. Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Must be available to start ASAP.
