Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer

Job Summary Innovations Carpentry is seeking an Apprentice Carpenter who takes pride in precision, values craftsmanship, and wants to build a career in high end finish carpentry. This is not production work. Every project is detail driven and executed to a luxury standard. What You Will Do Assist in the installation of trim, cabinetry, stair components, and architectural millwork Support layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly with accuracy Maintain clean and organized jobsites and shop spaces Learn proper use of professional grade tools and equipment Follow established systems and installation methods with consistency Work alongside experienced carpenters on high end residential projects What We Are Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail and willingness to learn Respect for tools, materials, and jobsite standards Positive attitude and ability to take direction Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not required Valid driver's license and dependable transportation What You Will Gain Hands on training in high end finish carpentry and Millwork Exposure to advanced techniques and premium materials Clear growth path into a skilled finish carpenter role A team environment that values craftsmanship, honesty, and creativity Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance based growth opportunities This role is for someone serious about mastering the trade.
