In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, structures, and various installations by interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Your expertise in framing, metal building erection, concrete forming, and related carpentry skills will be essential to ensure the structural integrity and safety of our projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from residential remodels to large-scale commercial developments, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing and structural components. Erect metal buildings, including framing with metal studs and other materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Install rebar and perform concrete forming tasks to support foundation and structural work. Execute precise measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure dimensional accuracy for framing and finishing tasks. Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and use power tools safely to assemble wood or metal frameworks. Conduct masonry work such as stucco application, siding installation, and restoration projects as needed. Operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material transportation while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for efficient workflow. Assist in roofing, drywall trimming, plastering, siding installation, and remodeling projects to support overall construction goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety guidelines on-site. Skills Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing carpentry and related trades. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing comprehension. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, levels, tape measures, and power tools essential for framing tasks. Skilled in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, siding, plastering, and stucco application. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for framing components using tape measures and other measurement tools. Experience operating heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling. Basic math skills necessary for calculating measurements and material quantities. Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site. Ability to interpret technical drawings including schematics related to metal stud framing or remodeling plans.
