Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic to join our construction team, bringing expertise in various aspects of building and remodeling projects. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on experience with metal building erection, concrete forming, interior finishes and framing will be essential to delivering quality results on time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your craftsmanship and problem-solving skills while contributing to the creation of durable, aesthetically pleasing structures. Duties Erect metal buildings and framing structures according to blueprints and technical drawings Install doors, windows, trim and finishes. Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stonework, and stucco application with precision Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction activities Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to guide project execution Perform trim carpentry, siding installation, woodwork, and drywall finishing for remodeling projects Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other hand tools; perform dimensional measurements for quality control Manage site safety protocols while handling heavy lifting tasks and working with heavy equipment Collaborate with team members on framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and other construction phases Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently Requirements Proven experience in construction roles involving metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and project estimations Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, siding, trim carpentry, and woodworking preferred Familiarity with construction plans related to metal stud framing and framing carpentry techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and installing materials accurately Valid construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills Join us as a where your expertise will help shape durable structures while advancing your career in a dynamic construction environment. Pay:
$27.85 - $33.54 per hour
