- What You'll Do Depending on experience and project needs, responsibilities may include: Carpentry & Framing
- Build and repair structural framing
- Install walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Work safely and efficiently on residential and commercial projects Drywall
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings
- Tape, mud, texture, and sand surfaces
- Complete high-quality finishes ready for paint
- Maintain clean and organized work areas Finish Carpentry
- Install baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and trim
- Perform detailed finish work with precision
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Painting
- Prepare surfaces for paint or stain
- Apply interior and exterior coatings professionally
- Deliver clean, consistent results What We're Looking For
- Experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, or construction preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay & Benefits Pay:
$17- 22 per hour (DOE)
