Full Job Description Description:
Irontown Modular, an innovative custom home builder is looking for a Trim/Finish Carpenter to join our team. We focus on single- and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.
Requirements:
The ability to read plans, work under direction of production management, be a self starter. Remodeling experience preferred. Need to be willing to learn other trades. A minimum of 3 years' (FULL-TIME daily) experience in TRIM carpenters. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds without restrictions.

More Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 10-hour days - 40 hours guaranteed. Occasional overtime as projects dictates.
Salary range:
$20.00 - $35.00 dependent on experience
