We're expanding and seeking a dedicated Carpenter to become a part of our crew. Our ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for precision and craftsmanship. For those who demonstrate diligence and a desire to improve, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. This role offers a consistent, full-time career path within our growing company. Responsibilities Perform frame carpentry for residential and commercial projects Build custom parts that fit perfectly, making sure everything is plumb, level, and square. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively while maintaining equipment in good working condition. Proficiency in navigating complex blueprints and technical schematics (preferred) Experience operating and maintaining various construction machinery and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Demonstrate reliability and professional communication as a representative of our firm Arrive on time, stay focused, and meet weekly goals and deadlines Collaborate with the crew to keep projects on schedule Stay open to learning and improving your skills on the job Qualifications Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of assemblies, including earthwork, framing, and finish carpentry. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction safety protocols Candidates are expected to supply personal tool bags and a standard collection of hand tools, such as hammers, tape measures, speed squares, chisels, and nail pullers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Maintain eligibility to work in the United States and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Willing to train the right candidate who's new to framing but has related construction experience Benefits Competitive pay ($20-$27/hr, based on experience) PTO and paid holidays Health, dental, and HSA Performance bonuses Consistent, year-round work so you don't have to worry about seasonal layoffs.
