Summary The Carpenter General Foreman provides direction and supervision to assigned Foreman of Crews. Is fully competent in all facets of construction, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood, or plywood. Roles and Responsibilities TheCarpenter General Foremanwill possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Directs and Oversees Staff Plans, Coordinates, and Delegates Work Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related experience and/or training, including reading and interpreting construction documents.
