Perform crawlspace structural repairs including:

floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills plate repairs. Subfloor reinforcement and replacement. Moisture damage repairs Complete outdoor trim carpentry and wood repair including: Fascia boards, Soffits, Exterior trim and wood replacement Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation's, crawlspace encapsulations and insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French Drains Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers' needs Complete all required service-related documentation What type of benefits will you receive? High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in carpentry, construction, or home repair Knowledge of framing or structural carpentry preferred Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. What will my work environment be like? Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
