Carpenter

Individually and as part of a crew assist or lead the construction of outdoor projects including decks, porches, three and four season rooms and other exterior structures. Looking for an experienced carpenter with skill pertaining to:

• Footing placement, light concrete finishing
• floor, wall, and roof framing
• experience with stick built homes, garage, porches or out buildings
• exterior finish work including: wood and composite decking
• wood, vinyl, metal and composite railing systems
• wood and composite trim and cornice work
• exterior door, window, and screen door installations including screens and hardware
• experience screening in porches
• vinyl and wood siding work including using a siding brake to wrap fascias, the installation of soffits
• gutter installation Other skills not required but a plus:
• Roof tear off and installation
• light electrical including low voltage lighting
• drywall finishing, paint and interior trim
• flooring

MUST HAVE

• Valid driver's license and legitimate means of transportation to and from jobsites
• basic hand tools with a tool belt pertaining to the work to be done (Tape measure, hammer, square etc)
• the ability to lift up to 90lbs repeatedly, the ability to move material on the jobsite etc.
