Job Overview We are seeking skilled and motivated to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction-related tasks with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of large-scale projects involving metal building erection, concrete forming, framing, and restoration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites while honing your craft and contributing to high-profile projects. Responsibilities Erect metal buildings and structures using appropriate techniques and safety protocols Install rebar and perform concrete forming to create durable foundations and structures Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities Perform masonry work including stucco, siding, plastering, roofing, and trim carpentry Execute framing carpentry with metal stud framing and woodwork for various projects Assist with remodeling, restoration efforts, siding installation, and other finishing tasks Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or related construction fields Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and plastering techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely on construction sites Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety practices Experience with framing carpentry including woodworking and metal stud framing Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Join our team to build exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
