Duties :

Supervise and coordinate the workflow of the job you're managing while maintaining both efficiency and safety standards. This position works closely with our Kitchen & Bath Designer and our Flooring Sales Associate. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills to excel at this position. Install kitchens and baths as designed using provided blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Hang cabinetry, install fixtures, install flooring and tile, electrical wiring, and plumbing Provide quality control to ensure accurate installations based on industry standards and product specifications Ensure job site compliance with safety regulations and company policies in mind

Required Experience:

Framing, trim, and finish carpentry Light plumbing Light electrical Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervisory role

Ideal Experience:

Flooring installation Water damage remediation and restoration Drywall finishing

Painting General Requirements:

Valid driver's license and transportation to work Ability to pass a drug test Legally able to work in the United States Ability to lift 50 lbs.
