Carpenter / Carpenter Apprentice Paragon Construction Company Commute to Midlothian, VA (Required) | Full-Time | Onsite At Paragon Construction Company, we build high-quality outdoor living spaces including custom decks, screened porches, sunrooms, and exterior renovations that homeowners are proud of. What You'll Do Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Learn carpentry skills and construction best practices through hands-on training Contribute to projects being completed on time and with quality craftsmanship What We're Looking For 1+ year of construction, carpentry, framing, general labor, or related experience preferred Basic understanding of construction tools and job site safety Ability to read a tape measure accurately Willingness to learn and grow into a carpenter role Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level Full-time, steady work Monday-Friday schedule (no weekend work) Paid Time Off Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company matching Career growth and advancement opportunities Team events and a supportive company culture Why This Opportunity Stands Out A lot of people in construction work hard but never get the opportunity to truly grow.
