Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Carpente to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will lead carpentry projects from start to finish , ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. You will coordinate with project managers, oversee junior team members, and execute a variety of residential carpentry tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in framing, deck/screen porch building, window/door installs, siding installs, and remodeling while contributing to impactful projects that transform spaces. Responsibilities Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects. Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools safely construction tasks. Manage onsite materials deliveries and communicate order of additional materials needed to complete jobs. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor required for framing, restoration projects, or remodeling tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in construction with a strong background in carpentry; residential carpentry experience is highly preferred. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans. Knowledge of framing decks/screen porches, siding installation, window/door installation, and knowledge of construction trades. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active construction sites while maintaining attention to detail. Strong understanding of power tool safety protocols and proper handling of materials. Experience working within the restoration industry or on remodeling projects is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and interpret technical instructions accurately. Join us in building exceptional spaces! Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
