Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing, roofing and painting, with hands-on experience in various building techniques and materials. This role involves construction on building sheds, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and timelines. Duties Execute building various model sheds builds projects, custom buildings while ensuring precision and quality. Utilize power tools effectively for various construction tasks, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Engage in frame carpentry to build structures such as walls, roofs, and other frameworks. Painting Trim carpentry. Operate various forklift machinery. Qualifications Proven experience in the construction is essential. Knowledge of construction materials. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools used in building tasks. Ability to read measuring device. (tape measure) Knowledge of stud framing practices is preferred. Ability to operate forklift equipment is an advantage but not mandatory. Highly motivated. Honest, Dependable with the utmost integrity.
