Core Duties Build, fit, and restore various fixtures and structural elements using wallboard, plywood, and timber. Prepare and modify materials like plastic and wood by measuring, cutting, and shaping them to match exact project needs. Analyze technical drawings, sketches, and blueprints to accurately identify project specifications. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all building codes and safety protocols. Work alongside fellow tradespeople to ensure that all tasks are finished in a timely and efficient manner. Keep all machinery and hand tools in optimal working order. Foster positive client relationships by delivering high-quality service and maintaining clear communication.
