Job Description
Positions Available NOW in the Richmond and Peninsula Areas
MUST BE 18
Years or OLDER Full Time (overnights, weekends, overtime may be required) ICHRA Health Reimbursement Benefit Plan Available 401K Paid Time Off Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in heavy construction work.
- Mathematics knowledge required
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Must be able to use carpentry hand tools such as levels, squares, plumb bobs, hammers, hand and power saws, adjustable wrenches, drill motors, reciprocating saws, pry bars, etc. Non-electric/pneumatic hand tools are required.
- Prepare layout of form or fixture to be fabricated using grades and layout lines. Construct forms, chutes and align form panels for pouring concrete and grout.
- Install temporary handrails, stairs and ladders. Erect and dismantle scaffolding.
- Ability to tie rebar is a plus
- Must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor at heavy construction projects.
