We currently have an opening for a Carpenter interested in working for a company that values quality and detail in all phases of construction. Desirable candidates will have experience with each stage of residential construction from footings to roof framing to trim. We are seeking someone who works well in a team-oriented atmosphere. Candidates must have extensive technical and practical experience with remodeling and new construction including the following: Ability to read and execute blueprints within predetermined schedule Well-versed in framing from the ground up Experience with installing doors and windows Familiarity with the installation of basic to highly-detailed interior trim Others duties and responsibilities: Must have valid driver's license Must own some power tools and hand tools Work well with others or alone, as needed Determine equipment and materials needed for job Allocate daily responsibilities to Carpenter Helpers Effectively communicate with subcontractors, vendors, etc. Ensure the quality of completed projects meets client standards Must be able to communicate directly with home-owners and client
