Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging to ensure precise installation and structural integrity Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, sanding, drilling, and fastening Install fixtures, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and other building components with attention to detail Support concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing projects as needed Perform heavy lifting and manual labor on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist in restoration projects including water damage remediation, mold removal, and structural repairs Maintain a clean job site by organizing materials and disposing of debris properly Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as manufacturing or remodeling is preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery or fabrication equipment is advantageous Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project specifications accurately Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction painting, tile laying, drywall finishing, or rebar installation Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Valid driver's license or reliable transportation may be required depending on job location Join us in building exceptional spaces while advancing your skills in a supportive environment that values craftsmanship.
