Job Title:

Experienced Concrete Carpenter (Commercial Work) We are hiring experienced Concrete Carpenters for commercial concrete work including foundations, walls, footings, and structural pours. We are a production-based concrete company and expect a strong work ethic and the ability to keep pace with an active crew. This is NOT an entry-level position.

Essential Functions:

Set, align, and strip Symons forms and job-built forms Layout footings, walls, and anchor bolt locations from plans Build and install formwork for walls, columns, and slabs Install embeds, block-outs, and sleeves Work alongside crews during pours to maintain alignment and grade Read and follow blueprints and elevations without constant supervision

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of concrete/formwork experience (required) Ability to read and understand construction drawings or learn Experience with commercial concrete work Ability to work long hours when needed (early pours, travel jobs) Shows up on time, every day—no exceptions Can keep up with a fast-paced crew without being told what to do

Preferred:

Experience with Symons forming systems Basic knowledge of rebar placement Equipment experience (skid steer, lull, etc.)

Pay:

$20 - $26/hour depending on experience Overtime available Travel jobs may include per diem/hotel
