Carpenter (Building Floating Docks)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our team in Rocky Mount, Virginia. As a key member at Dock Solutions, you will play a vital role in the on-site construction of custom floating docks.

Responsibilities:

Construct floating docks according to detailed custom specifications Work closely with a small crew (1-2 team members) to complete projects efficiently and accurately Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, precision, and structural quality Assist with shop operations when dock floaters are not in production, including: Moving and organizing materials Working on decking or boat lift install crews Providing general carpentry expertise where needed
