Open Positions Lead Teacher - 2½-3 Year Old Classroo Assistant Teacher We are seeking employees for our Infant/ Toddler Center from 2pm- 6pm. Lead Teacher Requirements Minimum 6 months of daycare center experience (Lead teacher) Experience working with children required Ability to lead a classroom and supervise aides/assistants Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to create structure and maintain a nurturing environment Dependable with consistent attendance Energetic, positive, and fun-loving personality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and manage stressful classroom situations High tolerance for noise and active classroom settings Physically able to frequently get up and down from the floor Willing to assist with classroom cleaning and organization Must follow all state licensing regulations Must pass background checks and TB screening Assistant Teacher Requirements Passion for working with young children Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Dependable and nurturing personality At Kids Clubhouse, we are looking for team members who bring warmth, patience, and positivity to our children every day.
