The Carpenter Forman performs carpentry duties necessary to maintain building structures and finishes in good repair. Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Duties and Responsibilities:

Repairing or installing new walls, partitions, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, and systems furniture. Also included are drywall patching, painting, and adjusting and installing door hardware. Work involves most of the following: planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions, using a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments and making standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work; and selecting materials necessary for the work. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Experience and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Minimum of fifteen years of carpentry experience required. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred Need experience with using Archibus system.

Compensation Details:

$35-39 per hour
