This position is ideal for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead projects from start to finish, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. The Lead Carpenter will oversee carpentry-related aspects of residential remodeling projects, coordinate with team members, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Lead and perform residential carpentry and remodeling work Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications Manage jobsite workflow and coordinate with other trades Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Communicate professionally with clients and team members Ensure projects remain organized, clean, and on schedule Mentor and assist less experienced team members Identify and solve jobsite challenges proactively Maintain a safe working environment Qualifications 5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Experience leading projects or crews Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry construction materials and work in physically demanding environments What We Offer Competitive pay: $32.50-$45.00/hr based on experience Profit Share Bonus Program Consistent, year-round work Growth and advancement opportunities High-quality projects Supportive team environment Company culture built on quality, craftsmanship, and respect About Four Brothers Floors & Showers At Four Brothers Floors & Showers, we specialize in flooring, tile, showers, and residential remodeling projects.
