Job Description
Landgrove Building & Design is a design-build company with 20 years of experience crafting custom homes in Southern Vermont. We build one-of-a-kind homes from the ground up, working directly with our clients through every stage of the design and construction process. We are currently looking to add new members to our team, and to keep them for the long term. LBD is growing, and we are committed to building a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and are rewarded for it. We are planning for our future, and yours. We want every team member to contribute to the future of the company and share in its success. We are seeking skilled carpenters interested in all aspects of custom home building. Ideal candidates are self-motivated and organized, ability to follow plans and direction, and work independently as well as together in a team. Key qualities for all team members: Love of the craft and care for detail Respect for clients, coworkers and workplace Clear communication and good judgement Technical skills and ability to learn Positive and curious Competitive compensation commensurate with level of experience.
