Carpenter / Laborer

Overview Join our growing construction and carpentry team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction and restoration projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and hands-on expertise. Our small company values close-knit teams, and values employees with a broad range of skills who are open to working on a variety of different projects. We operate a rot repair/restoration business, a new construction/remodel general construction business, a septic/site work business, and a cabinet and woodworking shop, and have openings in all areas. Responsibilities Assist with framing and finish carpentry, restoration/rot repair, and paint and finishes. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to removed, cut, shape, and install materials. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications. Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, siding installation, and water damage restoration projects Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of framing, trim carpentry, roofing or related trades Skilled in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely Must have personal hand tools and reliable and capable transportation.
