Job Description

Construction Team Member (Full-Time or Part-Time) Apex Contracting LLC is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing team. We specialize in custom homes, additions, renovations, decks, and high-quality residential construction projects throughout Southern Vermont. We take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. All experience levels are encouraged to apply. Whether you're an experienced carpenter, skilled tradesperson, or someone eager to learn the construction industry, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects Framing, carpentry, and deck construction Site preparation and demolition Material handling and jobsite organization Maintain a safe and professional work environment Work as part of a team to deliver quality craftsmanship
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry construction materials Construction experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Compensation:
$20.00-$35.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and overall contribution to the team.
