You will play a vital role in structural integrity and exterior finishing, utilizing your expertise in framing and fiber cement installation to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Responsibilities Execute precise framing tasks to build sturdy structural foundations. Install Hardie board siding with attention to detail to ensure long-lasting exterior protection. Measure, cut, and assemble various building materials to meet project specifications. Operate power tools, including circular saws and sliding table saws, safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site to promote productivity. Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently on assigned tasks. Qualifications Required Skills Proven professional experience in rough and finish carpentry. Demonstrated expertise in framing and fiber cement siding installation. Must possess a reliable set of personal hand and power tools. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle heavy materials. Proficiency in reading tape measures and interpreting construction blueprints. Preferred Skills Experience working on fast-paced, deadline-driven construction sites.
