What You'll Do As a Lead Carpenter, you'll oversee restoration projects from start to finish while mentoring your crew and delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage residential restoration projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Supervise and mentor apprentices and crew members through hands-on training. Coordinate with project managers and homeowners to keep projects on schedule and exceed expectations. Represent Anchor Point Construction professionally on every job site. Operate and maintain a company-provided take-home vehicle. Perform skilled carpentry and other construction tasks as needed. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of construction experience Proven carpentry skills and strong attention to detail Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Valid driver's license Ability to work on-site throughout Whatcom and Skagit counties Compensation & Benefits $25.00-$32.00 per hour , based on experience Regular performance-based wage increases Health insurance options with family plans available Dental and vision insurance Paid vacation 401(k) with: True 4% company match, Annual Safe Harbor Contribution, Profit-sharing opportunities Company take-home van with fuel and maintenance provided Steady, year-round employment - no slow season APC-branded apparel and gear On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Why Join Anchor Point Construction?
